Salted Chocolate Caramel, a Nip of Whisky, and the Future of REAL Food*

Proper Chocolate is packed with minerals vitamins and antioxidants: calcium, copper, magnesium, potassium, iron, vitamins C and E to name a few.

Lemon Myrtle brings the smell and taste of chocolate to a new High. It's easy to make healthy chocolate, caramel or dipping sauce by blending/cooking organic Cacao Pink Salt Vanilla Mint Nutmeg Cinnamon Coconut Sugar and Oil Almond milk Agave/Maple Syrup Hazelnut butter (or preferred combination). Add a drop or two of Whisky, Rum or Pina Colada if you're on holidays! Some say chocolate is an aphrodisiac. What do you think?

I'm not one for strict recipes. I love creative ideas but couldn't be stuffed with all the measuring of ingredients. Most people know how to cook to their own taste anyway.

It's simple to grow a chocolate tree in a humid spot inside at home. All you do is plant a Cacao seed or a self-compatible small tree and go from there. I grew mine through watching WikiHow!

Pic above is an image sent to me by my friend George last night. It reminds him of where he's travelling right now, around the Cosmos Islands on geometric-like shaped roads, down to a Heavenly oasis. He said he'd like one of my chocolate Cappuccinos with Pecan biscuits. I asked George what was the first thing that came to mind when I mentioned the word Chocolate. He told me he saw a mum cow being milked, with her thirsty calf watching on... We both understood the word associations to m-i-l-k chocolate and how our cultural programming had started from an early age to desensitize our innocent minds to view certain animals as lucrative edible products. This pic is my friend Lulu. She's a plant based chef and knows that Talking about food before eating it, is Key to the Taste Buds Stayin' Alive.

How do you go at eating chocolate in moderation? Fair to Middling maybe. Aw, I dunno! Tell me your Story at www.hunterksmith.com and Thanks for Reading my Blog.

PS: I regularly write through my book characters. It was Lulu's turn today and also George, my Forever Friend. If you would like to read more about them, my latest book is titled Creating with a Bang! which received Three 5 Star Reviews from The International Review Panel.
